At Delor, we want you to feel great about your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help make it right as smoothly as possible.
Order Delays & Cancellations
We do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but delays can happen due to factors outside our control (for example: high order volume, customs processing, carrier delays, or unexpected logistical issues).
If your order is delayed, we’ll email you with updates.
If you’d rather not wait due to a delay, you may request to cancel for a full refund as long as the order has not been delivered yet. All cancellation requests must be submitted through our support team so we can:

Prevent the product from being delivered
This helps ensure you don’t end up receiving both the product and a refund.

How Refunds Work
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be physically returned to one of our warehouses. Refunds are processed only after the return is received and inspected. Requesting a refund does not automatically guarantee one—we must have the item back first.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee starting from the date your order is delivered. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

The product must be returned to our warehouse and inspected

The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received

Proof of purchase is required (order number or confirmation email)

Refunds are not issued until the returned item is received and inspected
How to Request a Return

Photos (only if the item arrived damaged or defective)
Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours with the return address and next steps. After you ship your return, please allow time for delivery back to our warehouse plus 3–5 business days for inspection.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to confirm delivery to our warehouse.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Reminder: Refunds are only issued after we physically receive and inspect the returned product.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email:
