Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for a refund. Our standard refund policy applies—items must be returned to our warehouse and inspected before any refund is issued.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Delor is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

Important: To qualify for a refund, the product must be physically returned to one of our warehouses. Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund requests without a return will not be approved.
