DELOR Shipping Policy

At Delor, we aim to deliver every order as quickly and reliably as possible. This page explains our processing times, delivery estimates, tracking, and what to expect if delays occur.
Important: Shipping Delays & Refunds
Due to occasional high order volume, deliveries may sometimes take up to 15 additional business days beyond the estimated timeframe. While we always work to minimize delays, these situations can be outside our control and do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If you would like to request a refund for any reason, the item must be returned to our warehouse and inspected before a refund can be issued. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for an instant refund without a return.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, customs clearance, local carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Delays
Although we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays can occur due to factors such as:

Peak shopping seasons
In some cases, an additional 7–10 business days may be required. If that happens, we’ll email you with updates.
Please note: Shipping delays do not qualify customers for an automatic refund. Our standard refund process applies—items must be returned and inspected before any refund is issued.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking updates may take a few days to appear, depending on the carrier.
Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 USD.

For orders under $50, a small flat shipping fee may apply based on your region.

All shipping charges are shown clearly at checkout before purchase.
Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Delor is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:

Contact your local post office or carrier

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged/defective items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Lost packages: Email us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
